Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Processing estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within the United States is $10.00 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item in the same order. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged for that order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at orders@mortal3dprints.com if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after production or shipping has begun. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

When tracking is available, it will be sent after the order ships. An order marked delivered by the carrier is considered delivered unless the carrier confirms otherwise.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a material defect, contact orders@mortal3dprints.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking stops updating or a package appears lost, contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry. Carrier investigations and resolutions may take time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when Mortal 3D Prints confirms that an item was damaged, incorrect, or materially defective.
